The FOCUS Staff Fellows program is designed to train young adults for work in the area of youth ministry. As full time staff within the ministry of FOCUS, the Fellows program offers recent college graduates a two year opportunity to receive youth ministry and leadership training, mentoring and personal development to equip you for a lifetime of serving God whether it is within the ministry of FOCUS or wherever He may call you.
