Before you proceed to the link to registration at the bottom of this page, please take the time to read this important information on FOCUS policies and the registration process.

Please note the following policies:

Payment: The full program fee or notice of scholarship is due at the time of registration. Visa & MasterCard Payments can be made online. Checks can be mailed to the program office.

Internships: Applicants for Internships, Service Programs, and Volunteer Leaders must be accepted by the Program Director before they register.

Cancellation: Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: full refund with more than 30 days notice; 50% refund with 15-30 days notice; no refund within 15 days, except in case of emergency.

Registration Process:

Link: To register online for please click on the "Register Online Now" link below. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to our secure registration page powered by Infosnap.

Account creation: If you have never registered online with FOCUS, you will be asked to create an account. The information you enter will allow you to register for programs now and in the future. No one else will be able to see your account information.

Password reset: If you already have an account, but can't remember your password, there is a password reset function at the beginning of online registration. If you do not recieve a reset email within 15 minutes, check your junk mail folder, then email your name and account email to programs@infocus.org.

Scholarship: To register online with a scholarship, proceed as normal until the payment page. Then you have two options. Select 'pay by check' and then mail the balance to the program office. If you want to pay with a credit card, call the Program Office at (434) 245-6112 and the Registrar will tell you how to proceed.

Confirmation: Once we have processed your registration, we will send you a confirmation email within three days. If you do not hear from the Program Office after 3 days, please contact programs@infocus.org or 434 245-6112.
