Prior Involvement with FOCUS: I attended my first Focus program summer of 2001 doing Pre-College weekend. Focus opened in Raleigh my freshman year at Meredith and I volunteered both regionally and nationally with ski weeks and Vineyard programs. I was accepted into the Focus Fellows Program and started working for Focus June 2005.

Prior Focus Involvement: My dad was a FOCUS volunteer right after he graduated from UVA Law, so he sent me to my first summer program when I was in 6th grade. I'm so glad he did, because after that, I never missed a summer on the Vineyard, attended many Winter House Parties, and volunteered some during college before being accepted into the Fellows program and going on staff in August 2008.
